What is your return policy?
All sales are final.
Due to the unique nature of luxury resale, TC Curated Collection does not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been completed.
We encourage every customer to carefully review all photos, descriptions, measurements, condition details, and included accessories before purchasing.
By completing checkout, the buyer acknowledges they have reviewed the information provided and accepts the item’s condition as described.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit and credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, and other available payment options displayed at checkout.
What is your shipping policy?
TC Curated Collection offers complimentary shipping within the United States.
All orders include tracking and signature confirmation for added security.
Orders are processed and shipped within 48–72 business hours after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.
We currently do not ship internationally or to mail forwarding services.
For security purposes, the billing and shipping address must match. Orders paid through PayPal will only be shipped to the confirmed address provided through PayPal at checkout.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be calculated and collected at checkout as required by state and local laws.

For additional peace of mind, customers are welcome to seek independent authentication before completing their purchase.

Undeliverable Packages & Order Cancellations
Please ensure all shipping information is accurate before placing your order.
Once an order is submitted, we begin processing promptly and may be unable to make changes or cancellations.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or other customer-related delivery issue, the buyer is responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the package.
If the order cannot be successfully completed, additional fees may apply.
